The Studio

"The Studio" is a place that is being built to strengthen and inspire community by providing a space where people have access to resources and instruction for the exploration of creativity.
Sounds a bit vague, however I will be teaching art at this brand new site. My first class, titled "Celebrate Your Creative Self" will offer six sessions in painting. Each class will challenge us to explore new techniques which will give the artist skills that will last them a lifetime.
I'm excited to be a part of this new resource. Classes will begin in August 2016.

Star Gazing In Colorado

This summer I visited some old friends, Don and Judy Miles in Colorado. I flew into Denver and we all went to Camp Mountain Glory  in Larkspur and heard Malcom Smith speak on the subject of "Joy". From there we rode over the Rockies to Montrose near the San Juan Mountain range.

It was the nicest week as I star gazed at the wonderful Colorado night sky and we surveyed the moon through a ready-made telescope.
